In this masterful psychological thriller, a weekend getaway turns into a nightmare when the long-simmering rivalry between two actresses finally explodes. Anna (Mackenzie Davis, HALT AND CATCH FIRE) and Beth (Caitlyn FitzGerald, MASTERS OF SEX) are both struggling to land parts in an industry where there's always someone younger and prettier. When the two friends decide to take respite at a secluded clifftop home in Big Sur, the tranquility – much like their cell reception – quickly fades.
News that Beth has landed a major part leaves Anna reeling with jealousy, and as the silence and isolation take their toll and tensions boil over, the line between fiction and reality becomes violently blurred.
Featuring incredible performances by both female leads, Mackenzie Davis took home the Best Actress in a U.S. Narrative Feature Film Award at the 2016 Tribecca Film Festival.
