In a near but altered future, four astronauts spend 1000 days in the Earth’s orbit as part of an experimental space program. They are testing the effects of long-term space inhabitance for a proposed future mission to harvest water for the nation of Quebec’s dwindling supply.

900 days into their mission, when they are close to accomplishing the task that has taken over three years, nuclear war breaks out on the planet below. The heroes are left stranded aboard their craft and try to make sense of the aftermath. DIRECTOR’S CUT.
