Weichung (Richie Jen) leads a stable life with a beautiful wife, doting son, and comfortable middle-class lifestyle. It's only when his mother-in-law suggests to his wife Feng (Mavis Fan) that she should have another child that Weichung starts to feel twinges of anxiety. Not helping the matter is the sudden re-occurrence in his life by his old friend Stephen (Lawrence Ko).
An openly gay man, Stephen reminds Weichung of a past life he'd rather leave buried, while tempting him with a glimpse of the romance he truly desires. While he struggles with his identity, the frustrated and lonely Feng grows increasingly suspicious about Weichung's true feelings.
The second film from Au Revoir Taipei director Arvin Chen, Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow combines melodrama with lighthearted touches of comedy, fantasy and karaoke for a truly original look at modern love.
