- In Cinema Only
Ji-wan (Lee Jung-eun, PARASITE) is a 49-year-old female film director struggling to make a fourth film after audiences shunned her third film.
When she receives a request from the film archive asking her to restore and re-dub an old film made in the '60s, Ji-wan reluctantly accepts, needing the money. After watching the movie, she realizes it's nearly impossible to dub without the script. But, when she finally finds it, Ji-wan realizes many scenes have been cut from the final film and sets out to recover the lost footage.
On her journey, Ji-wan meets the old filmmakers and begins to see the world through their eyes, prompting an existential crisis within herself.
